About Cantata Home Services

We are Always Evolving to Meet the Needs of our Clients

Established in 1994, Cantata Home Services was originally created as a way to help patients transition back into the community from our campus services. As time progressed, we realized that the traditional support we were providing was not always aligned with our clients’ unique needs–sometimes it was more intensive than people liked or even required.

Our clients wanted more flexibility in their own home without someone having to be in their space all day. Instead, they wanted support at times they needed it most, splitting time between morning and evening, or at specific intervals throughout the day. This realization allowed us to evolve and transition the way we delivered care and service, leading us to develop our Take 2 Neighborhood Home Care Program.

The Right Home Care is not One-Size-Fits-All

We will be at your home when you need us, whether that is for an hour a day, or a full 24 hours.

Our Take 2 Neighborhood Care Program is a unique alternative for those looking for home care. With this program, the level of care you receive is tailored specifically to your individual needs. After an initial assessment, our care team may take a more traditional home care approach, or we may simply pop in for care bursts when they’re needed most, such as when you’re getting up in the morning, going to bed at night, taking your daily shower, or when it’s time for your medications.

Need more help in the morning than you do in the evening? The time we spend daily at your home can also be divided in a way that works best for you, giving you a truly customized home care experience.
